Foundations, Built · £17

Everyone's getting leverage from AI. You're getting fine.

The four files that turn generic AI output into work that sounds like you and sells to your buyer. Built for creative business owners. Six hours of focused work. No technical background. No new tools to buy.

You are not using AI badly. You are using it without the setup that makes it work. Four files fix that.

Most people use AI like a search engine.

Type a question. Take the answer. Fix the bits that do not sound like you. Repeat. The output is generic because the input has no context.

Here is the part nobody tells you. You are not getting bad output. You are getting the 2% version. The model is doing exactly what a brilliant new hire would do on day one with no brief: producing something competent, on-trend, and completely generic.

So you conclude one of two things:

  • "AI does not really get my business." It does. It was never told what your business is.
  • "Everyone says it is a game-changer and I just feel underwhelmed." You are comparing your unbriefed AI to someone else's briefed one.

The operators getting real leverage are not smarter or more technical. They did one thing first. They briefed the tool properly, once.

That brief is four files. That is what Foundations, Built is.

Over one focused weekend, you walk away with

  • A profile that tells AI who you are and what you are building so it stops guessing (Move 131)
  • A brand voice file so every output sounds like you, not like ChatGPT having a polite day (Move 132)
  • A customer persona describing the one buyer you actually sell to, in commercial detail, built from real data not assumption (Move 133)
  • A quality-control test that scores any AI output out of 10 on voice and buyer-fit, and tells you the one line to fix when it drifts (Move 135)
  • All four files loaded into your claude.ai Project, Custom GPT or Gemini Gem
  • One real output that proves the system works on actual work, not a demo

No technical background needed. No new tools to buy. No prompt library to memorise.

Four files. One weekend. Locked output.

Four PDFs. Each one is a guided sitting, not a lecture. Inside every file: step-by-step instructions, time-boxed steps, built-in troubleshooting for when you get stuck, and a "choose your path" route depending on whether you sell products or services and which tool you use. A definition of done at the end so you know it is finished, not abandoned.

File 1 · 120 min

The AI Setup

Sets up the infrastructure. The profile that tells AI who you are, your ground rules, and the project instructions, deployed into claude.ai, a Custom GPT or a Gemini Gem. Everything below sits on top of this. (Move 131)

File 2 · 90 min

The Brand Voice File

Banned words, tone, sentence patterns to use and avoid, platform rules, and a one-line voice formula every prompt inherits. Already have a voice doc? There is an import path that audits it and tells you what to add. You do not start from scratch. (Move 132)

File 3 · 90 min

The Customer Persona

One buyer described in commercial detail, built from real customer evidence rather than a guess about who you wish was buying. (Move 133)

File 4 · 60 min

The Quality-Control Test

Five real prompts run through the loaded files. Scored out of 10 on voice and buyer-fit. When something drifts, you get the exact one-line edit that fixes it. Run it before anything important ships, and once a quarter to catch drift. (Move 135)

Roughly six hours of focused work. Output that stays on-voice and on-buyer for as long as you keep the files current.

Who this is for

Creative entrepreneurs who tried AI, got fine output, and quietly stopped opening the tab. Surface pattern designers, illustrators, makers, coaches and consultants building something real alongside a job, kids, or other commitments.

If you have thought any of these in the last six months, this is for you:

  • "AI did not really get my business."
  • "Everything it writes sounds the same."
  • "I spend more time fixing the output than I would have spent writing it myself."
  • "Everyone says it is a game-changer. I feel a bit underwhelmed."
  • "I have been meaning to write a brand voice doc and a customer persona for years. It never quite happens."

You are not wrong about your experience. You are wrong about the cause. The cause is setup work nobody has shown you how to do.

What this is not

This is not a "how to use AI" guide. There are thousands of those. They tell you what to do without telling you how to build the operating layer underneath. So the output stays generic and you stay disappointed.

This is the operating layer. Built once. Used on everything after.

Brief it once. Every conversation after pays the brief back.

The operators getting leverage from AI treat it like a new hire, not a search engine. They brief it properly on day one. Who the business is. How it sounds. Who it sells to. After that, every prompt inherits the brief.

The four files fix roughly 95% of the "this does not sound like me" and "this does not speak to my buyer" problems in one weekend. The last 5% gets layered in over the following weeks, once you have used the foundation and spotted the gaps. The quality-control test catches those gaps before they reach a sales page or a launch email.

Built by an operations director. Not a coach.

I am Jodie. Sales Operations Director at a US software company. 25 years in commercial finance and sales operations. Chartered Accountant. I built five brands alongside a senior corporate role: The Colour Rebel, Colour Rebel Studio, PopRoundToMine, and Anti-Spiral.

I did not come to AI as a tech person or a prompt guru. I came to it the way I run sales operations. Brief the system properly, then let it run. The same setup in these four files is the only reason any of my brands get built in the hours I actually have.

The proof is not a screenshot of a chat. It is the work. I use this exact setup to run Pinterest strategy, write every brand's copy, and build the tools I am putting into production now: PinGenius, a Pinterest SEO tool, and PitchStudio. Foundations, Built is the briefing layer underneath all of it.

Anti-Spiral exists because most business education for creative entrepreneurs is built by coaches with a theory. This is built by someone who runs operations for a living and has the receipts.

The questions you actually have

How long does this take to run?

Around six hours of focused work across the four files. Most people do it across one weekend or two evenings. The times on each file are build time, not read time.

Do I need a paid AI plan?

You need one of three: claude.ai Pro or Team, ChatGPT Plus, or Gemini Pro. Free tiers will not hold the foundation files persistently. Around £20 a month for one of them.

What if I already have a brand voice doc?

Bring it in. File 2 has an import path that audits your current doc against the locked format and tells you what to add. You do not start from scratch.

Is this for me if I sell services, not products?

Yes. The files are buyer-type-agnostic. A locked voice file and customer persona give a service seller the same leverage as a product seller.

What is the difference between this and Pinterest, Built?

Foundations, Built is the AI operating layer. Pinterest, Built is the Pinterest cluster. They are independent and they compound when used together. Buy either first. Foundations, Built is the lighter entry at £17. Pinterest, Built is £37.
